Terms & Conditions
The basis on which we provide our services. Last updated 11 August 2026.
These terms apply to the use of this website and to services provided by ClaimWise Wealth Solutions Ltd. Specific engagement terms are confirmed in writing before any work begins, and those take precedence where they differ from this page.
1. What we are
We are a support, preparation and education practice. We help clients prepare applications, organise their financial position and understand markets. We are not solicitors, accountants, tax advisers, clinicians, or a firm authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, and nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise.
2. Scope of work
The scope of each engagement is agreed in writing at the outset. Work outside that scope is not included and will be quoted separately. Where a matter requires regulated advice or professional judgement we do not provide, we will tell you and recommend that you seek it independently.
3. Outcomes
We take care with every piece of work, but the outcome of an application is decided by the relevant authority or assessing body, not by us. We do not guarantee that any application will succeed, that any award will be made or maintained, that any credit score will rise, that any prescription will be issued, or that any trading or investment activity will be profitable.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate and complete information
- Tell us promptly if your circumstances change
- Provide requested documents within the timescales we agree
- Make your own decisions about whether to proceed at each stage
Deliberately providing false information in support of an application may be a criminal offence. We will not knowingly assist with an application we believe to be inaccurate.
5. Fees and payment
Prices shown on the pricing page are starting prices. The final fee depends on the complexity of your case and is confirmed before work begins. Concession and multi-service discounts are applied at the point of booking. Payment terms are set out in your engagement confirmation.
6. Cancellation
Where you engage us as a consumer, you generally have 14 days to cancel. If you ask us to begin work within that period, we may charge for work already carried out. Once work is complete the right to cancel no longer applies.
7. Educational content
Our trading and investment programmes are educational. They teach concepts, analysis and risk management. They are not signal services, portfolio management, or personalised advice, and they are not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Website content
Content on this website is provided for general information. It is kept up to date as far as reasonably possible but should not be relied on as a substitute for advice about your own circumstances.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
