Book a Consultation
Our Process

What happens after you enquire

No funnels, no chasing calls, and no work started before you have agreed to it in writing. Here is the whole sequence, stage by stage.

  1. Day one

    Your enquiry

A person reads it — every enquiry, individually. If it is clear what you need, we will say so. If it is not, we will ask rather than guess. You will hear back either way, including when the answer is that we are not the right people.

What we ask of youTell us roughly what is going on. It does not need to be polished.

  2. Within a few days

    The consultation

A proper conversation about your circumstances, what you are trying to achieve and what the work would actually involve. We will be direct about what is realistic and about anything we cannot do.

What we ask of youBring any letters, decisions or documents that seem relevant. Ask us anything, including what we are not able to help with.

  3. Before anything starts

    Scope and price, in writing

We confirm exactly what is included, what it costs and roughly how long it should take. Any concession or multi-service discount is applied at this point. Nothing begins until you have that and are happy with it.

What we ask of youRead it. Query anything that is unclear. You are under no obligation to proceed.

  4. The engagement

    The work itself

We do the work alongside you rather than around you — preparing forms, drafting statements, organising evidence, building the plan or teaching the material. You see what is being submitted on your behalf before it goes.

What we ask of youProvide documents when we ask, and tell us promptly if your circumstances change.

  5. Afterwards

    What happens next

We explain the response you receive and what your options are. For planning and credit work we agree review points; for the trading programmes we stay available for follow-up questions as you keep practising.

What we ask of youKeep us posted. Most of this is built over months and years, not weeks.

Being Straight With You

What we will not do

It is easier to trust a service that is clear about its limits, so here are ours.

  • We will not promise an outcome. Decisions on housing, benefits and prescriptions belong to councils, the DWP and clinicians — never to us.
  • We will not give regulated financial advice. Where a decision needs it, we will tell you and point you towards an appropriately authorised professional.
  • We will not help with an application we believe to be inaccurate.
  • We will not start work before the scope and price are agreed, and we will not quietly expand either afterwards.
  • We will not take you on if we do not think we can help. Saying so early costs you less than finding out late.

Send us the situation.

It does not need to be tidy or complete. Tell us roughly what is going on and we will take it from there.
