Questions and answers
Every engagement begins with a consultation. We discuss your situation, what you are trying to achieve and whether the service you have in mind is the right fit. You will leave that conversation knowing what the work involves, what it will cost and what is expected of you. If we are not the right people to help, we will say so.
Send an enquiry through the contact form with a short outline of what you need. We will respond to arrange a consultation, confirm the scope and price in writing, and agree a start date. Nothing begins until you have that confirmation and are happy to proceed.
No, and you should be cautious of anyone who says otherwise. We provide administrative and preparation support: making sure your application is complete, accurate and well evidenced. The decision rests entirely with the local authority, government department or assessing body concerned.
We provide educational guidance and planning support, not regulated financial advice. We can help you understand concepts, organise your position and prepare a structured plan. Where a decision requires regulated advice — pensions, specific investment products, mortgages — you should speak to an appropriately authorised professional, and we will tell you when that point is reached.
No. ClaimWise does not prescribe medication of any kind. We explain how the legal prescription route works in the UK and help you identify and prepare for a consultation with a licensed clinic. Any prescribing decision is made independently by an appropriately qualified clinician following their own assessment.
Yes. Both programmes assume no prior knowledge and begin with market fundamentals before moving to analysis, risk management and strategy. They are educational programmes: they teach a process and a way of managing risk. They are not signal services, and they make no claim about profitability.
It depends on the service and on your circumstances. Application support is generally measured in weeks and is partly governed by the timescales of the body you are applying to. Planning and credit work is usually a short series of sessions followed by periodic reviews. The trading programmes are scheduled around the time you can commit. We will give you a realistic timeframe at consultation.
Yes, and many clients do — credit building alongside master planning, for example, or business setup followed by portfolio education. Booking three or more services together saves 10% across your entire order.
Payment arrangements can be discussed at consultation. Tell us what would work for your situation and we will let you know honestly whether we can accommodate it before any work begins.
